Are your jade items natural? What kind of jade certificate can I get?
Yes, all of our jade items are all natural, without any treatment. Some of jade jewelry come with Chinese version authentic certificate. For those ones without certificates, we can help buyers to bring them to testing labs. Testing fees for most jewelry are as following. Fees for sculptures, strands are higher.

Can you insure the package?
We understand that buyers like to insure the packages. But we are afraid that the insurance companies do not provide insurance for jewelry here. But don't worry, we have a plan to protect our buyers. That's
If buyer chooses Express Mail to ship the item, and it is proved to be lost in the way of shipping, we will give store credit to the buyer as compensation. The amount is the price of the lost item. Buyer can choose other item of the same price in our store or get a same amount store credit.
Pleas kindly be advised that in the following situation, we could not provide store credit:
1. the item is lost after the delivery is finished
2. buyer says item lost, while shipper proves item delivered
Are your prices negotiable?
No, all our prices are final prices. I understand that old-style jade stores ask sky-high asking prices, and buyers can give offers. But we think this way is inefficient and unfair. We like to post low and honest price for each of our items. Welcome to compare prices with street stores before purchasing.
Will I be charged sales tax?
No. Sales tax will not be charged.
Will I be charged tariff?
Usually, we declare a very low price and state gift in the shipping documents. Most of our buyers don't need to pay tariff. However, if your local Customs is very strict, tariff might still be charged.
How to determine the bangle size that fits me?
If you have already had a bagle that fits you, that's good. Use a vernier caliper to measure the inner diameter of it and keep it in record. Not only the bangles with the same diameter as yours fits you, those a little larger are also good. For example, if yours diameter is 56mm, bangles with diameter from 56-58mm will looks good on your wrist.
