Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange.  

Refund Policy:

We will refund to the buyer in 2 business days after receiving your return package. The returning item should be in its original condition, not has been worned, sized, set, unset or modified by the buyer. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. 

We will issue a Refund to the original funding source only.

No restocking fee or something like that will apply. But original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for for any shipping and handling charges might incur, including shipping cost, handling charges,  and so on.

Note:

1. The returning item should be in its original condition, not has been worned, sized, set, unset or modified by the buyer. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been sized, set, unset or modified , altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Rose Gem), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

2. Returns that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

3. We recommend using USPS express mail or priority mail for all return shipping. This shipping method provide package tracking and proof of delivery to us.

4. We won't responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

5. Buyers are responsible for for any shipping and handling charges might incur, including shipping cost, handling charges, and so on.

7. Please note that if buyer pays through Paypal, Paypal might charge service fees from buyers when issuirefund. Buyers are responsible for that. 

Returns are easy, here's how.

1. Sent e-mail to rose@rosegem.com or rose@rosegem.net, specify these information:

Your name:

Item SKU:

Date of payment:

2. We will respond as soon as possible. The return address will be in our e-mail.

3. If you don't receive our e-mail, maybe the e-mail is lost in internet. Don't worry, please send e-mail to another e-mail address.

4. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a jade certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the replacement cost ( $15 for each Chinese certificate, $26 for each English certificate). For security reasons, do not write such words as jewellry, precious stone and so on, on the outside of the package.

5. Ship your merchandise through USPS express or priority mail. Remember to insure your package.

You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us. 

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund to original funding source will be processed in 2 business days.

Canceling orders


We know that sometimes buyers will make wrong purchase dicisions. Therefore, we have the policy that buyers can cancel their orders within 24 hours.


Note:

1. Concelations should be made within 24 hours after ordering. 24 hours later, the orders will come into process and cannot be canceled.

2. If for any reason, buyer have to cancel a certain order after 24 hours after ordering, we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simplywe return it to rosegem.

3. Please note that Paypal will charge service fees from buyers when they receive refund. Buyers are responsible for that.
